For the provision of our services, sale of goods, and operation of our website, we process some personal data.

A. Processing of Personal Data in the Case of Using the Contact Form

If you inquire about our products and services, we will work with your contact information that you provide to us, mainly through the inquiry form. These include: Name, surname, billing information, delivery information, email address, telephone number.

We will contact you through these details for further arrangements regarding goods and services.

On What Legal Basis?

This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR - performance of a contract, or taking steps prior to entering into a contract at your request.

How Long Will We Process Personal Data?

If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data for up to one year from our last communication.

B. Processing of Personal Data in Case of Purchase

If you make a purchase from us, we will work with the information you provide to us. These are mainly billing details: name, surname, address, telephone, email.

For What Purpose?

We need to process personal data in order to fulfill our contract - to provide you with our goods or services. We will also communicate with you about the status of your order, possible complaints, or your inquiries through the contact details.

We will further process personal data to fulfill our legal obligations (especially for accounting and tax purposes, or for handling complaints and others).

On What Legal Basis Do We Process Personal Data?

This is processing based on Article 6 a) of the GDPR - performance of a contract and Article 6 b) of the GDPR - compliance with our legal obligations.

How Long Will We Process Personal Data?

For the duration of providing our service and then two years from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.

C. Newsletters (Commercial Communications)

If you are a customer and have not opted out during your purchase, we will use your email address to send our newsletters.

On What Legal Basis?

This is allowed by Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services, unless you have opted out during your purchase.

How Long Will We Process Personal Data?

3 years from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by email or by contacting us at info@srna.cz.

Who Will Have Access to the Data?

Your data will remain with us. However, some companies or other individuals work for us, and they will have access to the data because they help us operate our e-shop. These include:

II. Your Rights in Connection with the Processing of Personal Data

The GDPR gives you, among other things, the right to contact us and request information about what personal data we process, request access to this data from us and have it updated or corrected, or request restriction of processing. You can request a copy of processed personal data and, in certain situations, request the deletion of personal data, and in certain cases, you have the right to data portability. Objections can be raised against processing based on legitimate interest.

If you believe that data is not being handled correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, or, in the case of claims, contact the court.
